Call ER24 during a medical emergency

If you or one of your dependants are involved in a medical emergency, please call ER24 on 084 124 for 24-hour assistance, 365 days a year. This number can be dialled from any phone and via any cell phone provider.

This exceptional 24-hour emergency medical benefit also gives our members a 24-hour medical advice line and access to crisis counselling lines, such as trauma and rape crisis counselling, and suicide hotlines. All these free telephone advice services can also be accessed by dialling ER24 on 084 124.
